Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrading gives you immediate access to the features and higher limits of your new plan — there’s no waiting until the next billing cycle.- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Under Your Plan, click Upgrade Plan
- Select the plan you’d like to move to
- Review the prorated charge — you’ll be billed only for the remaining days in the current billing period at the new plan rate
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect the moment you confirm. Your new feature set and lookup limits become available instantly, and a prorated amount for the upgraded plan is charged to your payment method on file.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade your plan at any time. Unlike upgrades, downgrades are scheduled — they take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you continue to enjoy your current plan’s features until the period ends.- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Under Your Plan, click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Confirm the downgrade — your current plan remains active until the billing period ends
All of your data and settings are preserved when you downgrade. Products you’ve saved, purchase orders, supplier records, and other information remain in your account. Features exclusive to your previous plan (such as Seller Spy or the Amazon Lister on Business) will become inaccessible until you upgrade again, but the underlying data is not deleted.
Adding Extra Seats
If you need to bring additional team members onto your account beyond your plan’s included seats, you can purchase extra user seat add-ons.- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Add-Ons
- Locate Extra User Seat and click Add
- Choose the number of additional seats you need
- Confirm — the new seat is billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period
- Full browser extension access for that user
- Their own product lookup allocation (shared from the plan pool)
- Google Sheets connection access for that user
After adding a seat, go to Account Settings → Team to invite the new user by email. They’ll receive an invitation link to set up their login.
Adding Add-Ons
Add-ons let you extend specific capabilities without changing your core plan. You can enable or disable most add-ons at any time.- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Add-Ons
- Browse the available add-ons for your current plan
- Click Enable next to the add-on you want
- Review the pricing and confirm
- Seller Spy — monitor competitor storefronts
- Brand Analyzer — deep brand-level research metrics
- Extra Product Lookups — increase your monthly lookup allowance
- Extra Bulk Restriction Checker ASINs — expand monthly ASIN check capacity
- Price List Analyzer Extra Scans — more price list uploads per billing period
- API Access — add or expand API request quota for custom integrations
Add-ons are billed alongside your main subscription and renew on the same billing date. If you disable an add-on mid-cycle, you retain access to it until the period ends.
Updating Your Payment Method
Keeping your payment method current ensures uninterrupted access to your Seller Aim subscription.- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Click Update Card
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save — the new card is used for all future charges immediately
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Seller Aim processes all payments securely. Your full card number is never stored on Seller Aim servers — payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation schedules the end of your subscription at the close of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription
- Select a cancellation reason (optional but appreciated)
- Confirm the cancellation
- Your account remains fully active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges are made after cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to resubscribe and recover everything
Seller Aim does not offer refunds on subscription charges. The 14-day free trial is provided specifically so you can fully evaluate the platform before your first payment. If you have a billing concern, please reach out to support@selleraim.com.
What Happens When You Exceed Limits
Seller Aim tracks your usage throughout each billing cycle and alerts you as you approach your plan limits.- Approaching your limit: You’ll receive an in-app notification and email when you’ve used approximately 80% of your monthly lookup or ASIN check allowance.
- Reaching your limit: Product lookups will pause once you hit your hard monthly limit. Existing saved data and previously researched products remain fully accessible.
- Your options when at the limit:
- Upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity
- Purchase an Extra Lookups or Extra ASINs add-on to extend your allowance for the current cycle
- Wait for your next billing cycle, when limits reset automatically
Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle, not on a rolling 30-day basis. If your cycle renews on the 15th of the month, your lookups reset on the 15th regardless of when during the month you hit the cap.
